Job Title: Data Analytics Leader
Job Description:
The role of Data Analytics Leader is to drive business intelligence across the organization, improving data literacy and creating actionable insights. You will be responsible for providing analytical leadership and driving programs of work to deliver analytics that support the strategic goals of the organization.
* Collaborate with executive leadership to provide analytical leadership and drive programs of work for Digital Transformation projects.
* Ensure business-as-usual operations by working with the Head of Enterprise Analytics to ensure continuation of business-as-usual with the overall University data and analytics strategy and operating model for the Digital Transformation programs of work.
* Provide expert advice on analytics platforms and technologies, including identification and evaluation of emerging technologies and trends that have the potential to create value, the identification of business and technology risks, and opportunities to continually improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Tertiary qualifications in a related field or equivalent knowledge.
* Knowledge and extensive experience as a manager and subject matter expert in analytics, spanning data engineering, descriptive analytics, business intelligence, statistical analysis, and predictive modelling.
* Exposure in curating and linking benchmark data to generate innovative insights.
* Familiarity with Alteryx, DBT, Python, R, SQL, AWS/Snowflake, and Power BI.
