**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver LLN and accredited training components to clients relating to Foundation Skills qualifications in compliance with ASQA framework and NORTEC policies and procedures
- Work collaboratively with key stakeholder to achieve desired outcomes and delivery hours in accordance with program contract
- Undertake required administrative tasks in timely and accurate manner to meet compliance requirements
- Work with diverse student cohorts with varied learning requirements
- Meet program referral assessment and commencement timeframes
**Essential Requirements**
- **T**AE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- TAESS00009 Address Foundation Skills in Vocational Practice Skill Set (or willingness to obtain)
- Well-developed knowledge of the Core Skills for Work Development Framework and Australian Core Skills Framework
- Ability to create learning resources and assessments relevant to program delivery area
- Proven experience achieving positive outcomes including client participation, retention, and compliance
- High level computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and internet research techniques
- Demonstrate flexible and adaptive training delivery experience with ability to travel to meetings and training outside standard business hours as required
- Current Working with Children Check clearance for NSW/QLD or ability to obtain it prior to commencing employment
- Willingness to undertake Australian Federal Police National Police Check
- Current driver's license and reliable transport
- Current First Aid Certificate
**Highly Desirable**
- Diploma or higher-level qualification in Adult Education including a unit in Foundation Skills with relevant teaching hours (100+) **_OR_**
- A specialist Adult Literacy qualification **_OR_**:
- A recognized TESOL qualification
