Here at Linear Clinical Research, we are a not-for-profit organisation that conducts clinical trials to support medical research and the development of new and innovative treatments across a wide range of therapeutic areas. Our centralised finance team play a crucial role in supporting teams across the organisation manage their budgets and we are now looking for an Accounts Payable Officer to join us.
Your Role in Our Future
Based in Nedlands, the Accounts Payable Officer is responsible for providing complete accounts payable (AP) and administrative support to the Finance Team to ensure that finances are accurate and up to date, and that invoices are paid within established timeframes helping us to maintain positive relationships with our vendors.
* Process high volumes of invoices with accuracy
* Process employee expense reimbursements accurately
* Manage credit card processes, from application to monthly reconciliation
* Process weekly study payments and travel reimbursements for trial participants
* Build strong, collaborative relationships with suppliers and vendors handling inquiries professionally, resolve discrepancies proactively, and become a trusted point of contact
This position will be based at our offices in Nedlands and will be offered on a full-time basis.
Your Experience
The ideal applicant for this role will be a strong team player, enjoy contributing to a positive and supportive culture and have a passion for accuracy and finance. Along with this we are also looking for;
* Demonstrated experience working in a transactional finance role, ideally AP.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work, juggle multiple asks and meet deadlines.
* Keen attention to detail in processing financial transactions and maintaining accurate records.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a service driven focus.
