DBN Lennox is a boutique property, commercial and corporate advisory firm on the Gold Coast, providing quality legal services to clients across the east coast of Australia.
Due to our strong growth, we are currently seeking a bright and driven experienced Property and Commercial Lawyer to join the team as either an Associate or Senior Associate. You will be commercially astute in all aspects of property law and ideally have experience in:
* Property Development (residential, commercial and mixed use): Structuring projects and preparing off the plan contracts and disclosure documents (including high-rises, town house developments & flat land subdivisions etc) and management rights transactions.
* Acquisitions and disposals: including in respect of businesses, property amalgamations and high-value land transactions.
* Conveyancing: negotiating, drafting and settling transaction documents for residential and commercial conveyances (experience in NSW transactions highly regarded).
* Leasing (commercial, retail and industrial): advising landlords and tenants of their rights and obligations and preparing lease documentation.
* Loans and securities: drafting, negotiating and advising on mortgages, loans and other debt instruments.
We are open to candidates across a wide range of experience from Associate (~4yr) to Senior Associate (~6yr +) and offer an above-market remuneration package consistent with your experience. The ability to work autonomously and take responsibility for matters under appropriate supervision will be highly advantageous.
You will also have the opportunity (but not the requirement) to obtain exposure in the firm’s growing corporate advisory practice which provides transactional, governance, stakeholder management, structuring, commercial contracting and intellectual property services.
