The Role The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the store, leading a team of casual staff, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service and operational efficiency. This role reports directly to the National Retail Operations Manager, who is based interstate and provides regular support through site visits and remote communication. Key responsibilities include: Leading, training, and mentoring a high-performing team Creating and managing effective staff rosters in line with operational requirements Overseeing daily production, product presentation, and in-store standards Ensuring compliance with hygiene, food safety, and quality standards Managing store financials including budgets, KPIs, and profit & loss Promoting a strong team culture focused on accountability and customer satisfaction Building positive relationships with both customers and team members About You To be successful in this role, you will be an energetic, organised, and customer-centric professional with proven leadership experience in a hospitality or retail setting.
