Job Summary:
As a traffic management professional, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the flow of traffic during construction or event activities. This involves utilizing various techniques to maintain traffic safety and efficiency, ensuring compliance with established regulations and guidelines.
Main Responsibilities:
* Closely monitor and manage traffic patterns to minimize congestion and delays
* Implement effective communication strategies with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth traffic operations
* Liaise with emergency services and other authorities as required
* Maintain accurate records and reports on traffic management activities
Requirements and Qualifications:
* Traffic Control Accreditation
* BWTM - Traffic Management Accreditation
* Construction/White card
* Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for transportation
* Availability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
