Build Inspiring Before & After School Experiences with MACSEYE. At MACSEYE, we create welcoming, engaging environments where children feel safe, supported, and excited to learn outside the classroom. Our programs are shaped by creativity, connection, and care — and our Coordinators play a central role in bringing each day to life. We're seeking a motivated and organised Coordinator to lead our Ringwood OSHC service, supporting a team and delivering high-quality experiences for children and families.
Rostered Hours
Morning: 7:00 am – 9:00 am
Afternoon: 3:00 pm – 6:00 pm
Plus: 2 hours of admin time each week

Your Role

* Lead & Mentor Your Team – Guide, support, and motivate a team of Educators to deliver exceptional care and learning experiences.
Qualifications
* A genuine passion for working with children and a commitment to making a positive difference
* Experience in childcare or early childhood education
* Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit
* Relevant certifications (CPR, First Aid)
* Australian work rights
* Diploma level qualification as recognised by ACECQA completed or working towards
