We are looking for experienced Call Centre Operators to support the Show Hotline and Ticketing Hotline during the Melbourne Royal Show 2025.
What you'll be doing:
- Assisting customers with show and ticketing enquiries
- Providing accurate information and clear ticketing guidance
- Managing calls in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner
- Creating a positive customer experience for all show visitors
What we're looking for:
- Previous call centre experience (essential)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage high call volumes with confidence and patience
- Availability to work across the Pre and during the Show period: 08 September - 05 October 2025

Pay rate: $35.18/hr - $49.21/hr (penalties included)
