Senior Advisor (Customer Service)
We are seeking a passionate team leader with a strong focus on customer service, particularly in managing cross-agency tasks or initiatives.
About Your Opportunity
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in fostering a positive customer experience by collaborating with your team to deliver a diverse range of products and services to clients across multiple agencies.
* Supervise the operations of the Queensland Government Agency Program (QGAP) office that delivers services across multiple agencies.
* Manage court and registry operations.
* Be the first point of contact for the escalation of customer concerns and complaints.
* Contribute to the development of operational and financial plans for the QGAP.
* Conduct performance assessment processes with staff.
* Develop learning and development programs with staff.
Your Key Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for:
1. Using appropriate consultative management techniques to ensure optimum use of resources within a cohesive team environment.
2. Leading initiatives designed to enhance and optimise the overall customer experience.
3. Developing comprehensive knowledge of required services to perform service interactions including procedures, processes, and customer channel options.
