Job Description
About the Role
As a Heavy Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a range of trucks and trailers across our key brands, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality outcomes for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Diagnose, repair and maintain heavy vehicles, including trucks and trailers
* Perform inspections to identify mechanical, electrical and technical issues
* Complete routine servicing including brakes, tyres, and preventative maintenance
* Utilise diagnostic tools and systems to accurately identify faults
* Work collaboratively with the service team to meet service timeframes
* Communicate repairs and recommendations clearly where required
Desired Skills and Experience
About You
* Trade-qualified Heavy Vehicle Technician (or equivalent)
* Proven experience working on trucks and/or heavy vehicles
* Strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic skills
* Experience with diagnostic equipment and workshop systems
* High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
* Strong team player with good communication skills
