A-FLO Equipment are seeking a dedicated and dynamic individual to join our team as an Advertising Specialist.
Position Details
* Location: Laverton North, VIC 3026
* Salary: $75,000 – $90,000 per annum + super
* Job type: Full time
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, develop, and execute advertising strategies across digital, print, and trade-specific media channels
* Create and manage B2B campaigns promoting specialised industrial equipment to national and international clients
* Develop technically accurate advertising content in collaboration with engineering and manufacturing teams
* Analyse campaign performance using CRM and analytics platforms such as Salesforce, Google Ads, and SEMrush
* Liaise with graphic designers, content creators, and product teams to deliver consistent brand messaging
* Adapt marketing materials for multilingual or international distribution, especially across French and English markets
Required Skills and Experience
* A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, advertising, multimedia or a related field
* Minimum of 2–3 years' experience in industrial or technical product advertising
* Proven ability to translate technical specifications into customer-focused advertising content
* Strong knowledge of data-driven campaign management and ROI tracking
* Experience working within B2B markets, particularly in construction or manufacturing sectors
