Let's talk about the role and responsibilities:
- Participate in client meetings to gather business requirements and mapping to the solution capabilities
- Perform gap analysis from requirements gathering to the solution proposed
- Complete design/configuration of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations and essential third-party products
- Build integrations to perform data conversion tasks and additional integrations based on requirements
- Participate in all functions relating to feature testing, solution testing, and user acceptance testing
- Conduct end-user training for clients in a one on one, webinar, and classroom-style settings
- Assist with escalation support for help desk
- Obtain and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications, as applicable
- Understand the development life cycle and support existing extensions
- Senior consultants must be able to lead and coach consultants

We are looking for a Senior D365 F&O Consultant who is passionate about technology, highly motivated and client-focused. Capgemini has a vibrant culture and aims to give the best to its people. - An understanding of the development life cycle and support of existing extensions
- Demonstrated experience with implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics AX/Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations
- Unmatched client service skills
- Demonstrated experience in comprehending and implementing business workflows and processes
- Demonstrated experience in establishing priorities, taking care of shifting priorities, and handling numerous time-sensitive projects with multiple target dates
- Strong programming skills using: X++, C#,.NET, and SQL
- Familiarity with SOAP, REST, OData
- Experience with Logic Apps and Azure Cloud
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Integration between various third-party systems and D365 F&O
- Integrations between D365 F&O & CE
- Current D365 F&O Development certification
- Knowledge of Microsoft Life Cycle Services and Data Migration Framework
- Exposure to Azure DevOps
- Previous experience with operational technologies in Supply Chain, Warehousing, Fulfillment, or 3pl/4pl party logistics solutions
- Development experience in one or more of the following ERP products
- Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009
- Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R1-R3
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations
- Experience with the following Microsoft Reporting technologies
- SSRS
- X++ Reports
- Electronic Reporting
