Job Summary:
The Electrical Reliability Specialist will be responsible for ensuring assets operate safely, reliably and cost-effectively by preventing failures, optimising maintenance strategies, updating machine design and using data-driven insights.
Key areas of focus include:
* Developing and implementing reliability centred maintenance programs to reduce downtime and extend asset life cycles.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritise reliability improvement initiatives.
* Analysing equipment failure data to inform proactive maintenance and repair strategies.
Required skills and qualifications include:
Technical Expertise
The successful candidate will have experience in electrical reliability engineering, maintenance or design within heavy industry. They will also possess a strong understanding of electrical and instrumentation systems and applicable Australian standards.
