The Role
The primary role is to support clients and candidates through the full recruitment cycle, building strong relationships, and matching talented professionals to roles across the resources industry. The position offers flexible arrangements, including part-time, full-time, or job-share options, ideal for mothers seeking school-time hours.
Responsibilities
1. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
3. Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
4. Collaborate with the team to develop innovative recruitment strategies.
5. Maintain accurate records in the recruitment database and generate reports as needed.
Candidate Profile
You are an experienced Recruitment Consultant with a proven track record in placing candidates, preferably in the mining, resources, or related industries. You are highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and are passionate about helping people find meaningful work.

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

* Experience in mining or resources recruitment is highly desirable.
