Service representative driver (wingfield)

Based from our Wingfield Branch, we currently have an opportunity for a Customer Facing MR Driver to join our team and assist in the servicing and expansion of our business. With a wide and varied client base our routes vary daily. Our role is a excellent opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic person who can work unsupervised and who is interested in a diverse range of duties with a mix of physical, driving, and customer service duties as part of this role.

• Establish and maintain outstanding relationships with customers.
• Delivery and collection of our famously recognisable orange recycling bins in a safe, courteous, and timely manner.
• Capable of following routes and utilising PDA's effectively (training provided).
• Loading and unloading vehicles.
• Perform and record daily vehicle inspections ensuring ongoing safety.
• Accurately complete PDA transactions for all assigned deliveries and collections.

• Seven (7) hours of guaranteed overtime every week, paid at 150% of the base rate.
• Total potential package with guaranteed overtime $79,770.86.
• Earn a $4,000 Annual Performance Bonus (paid quarterly).
• Base Pay plus 14.19% superannuation.
• Annual leave loading of 27.64%.
• $150 tax free allowance per day for overnight runs.

• 1+ years driving experience.
• Courier type, multi pick up/drop experience strongly regarded.
• Valid (Minimum) Medium Rigid (MR) Truck License, however Heavy Rigid (HR) Truck License preferred.
• Good Driver History Record.
• Strong Customer Focus.
• Safe manual handling skills.
• Hard-working, punctual, and reliable.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instruction.
