The Regional Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the performance of restaurants in NSW, providing coaching and guidance to Restaurant Managers and Franchise Partners, and developing marketing strategies to boost brand awareness and sales.
This leadership position requires a strong background in QSR, with experience in managing teams, driving business growth, and improving customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities include:
* Leading and coaching Restaurant Managers and Franchise Partners to achieve exceptional results
* Developing and executing marketing strategies to drive sales and increase brand visibility
* Managing profit and loss for corporately owned restaurants
* Overseeing new restaurant openings and projects
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 5 years of experience in multi-site management, preferably with 10 or more restaurants
* Strong knowledge of COGS, COL, EBITDA, and LAM, and ability to impact and influence these areas
* A dynamic presence in-restaurant, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
* A track record in developing people through a people pipeline and managing your 'bench' plan
* Experience driving franchise performance through influence, coaching, and engagement
