Due to our ever-growing client base, we have an exciting new opportunityfor a highly motivated and talented lawyer with prior experience in commercial, corporate or business law.
The successful applicant will be involved in a wide range of commercial work including contracts, corporate structuring, lending, business sales and other corporate/commercial matters.

What you need to be successful:
* At least 2 years of post admission experience, with a strong focus on commercial law. Experience in finance, mortgages, business sales, as well as company and trust structuring, would be looked upon favourably.
* A current Australian practising certificate
* Excellent organisational skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
* A friendly, positive, self-motivated attitude.
* Intermediate to advanced computer skills. Smokeball experience would be advantageous, but not essential.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex legal concepts in plain English.
* A right to work in Australia
Salary will be commensurate with experience and knowledge.
