The purpose of this role is to provide administrative assistance to the business, ensuring seamless support and exceptional customer service.
Main Responsibilities:
* Attend to customer inquiries via phone and in-person
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
* Manage customer service requests in a timely manner
* Process purchase orders and invoices with precision
* Compile and update reports as required
* Prepare meeting agendas and minutes
* Input payroll data on time
* Carry out additional tasks as necessary
Key Requirements:
* Basic numeracy and literacy skills are essential
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications is required
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills are vital
* Able to work collaboratively as part of a team
* Knowledge of health and safety protocols relevant to the workplace
