Rapid Recruitment — We Plan to Act Fast
Industrial Fire & Electrical (IF&E) is a premier Tasmanian enterprise with a team of 80 staff across three branches. In today’s market, we understand the value of a high-quality leader. We are willing and able to pay a premium for the right person. We plan to act fast, so if you have the work ethic and experience, we are ready to move immediately. Don’t delay your enquiry (first in, best dressed).
The Opportunity: Lead Your Division
We are seeking a motivated individual to take a lead role in our Launceston branch. Whether your expertise lies in general electrical service or the specialised security and data sector (CCTV, Access Control, Wi-Fi, Fibre), we have a spot for a proven leader.
This is a role for someone who wants the autonomy to take ownership of a branch or division while guiding a team toward a common goal. Many of our current leaders started their careers with us, and we are looking for someone who wants to grow with a respected, medium sized enterprise.
What We Value
* Leadership and Autonomy: The ability to manage a team and operations without being micro-managed.
* Knowledge Sharing: A commitment to mentoring our \"boots on the ground\" trade team and growing our collective skill set.
* Sector Focus: Strong experience in commercial and industrial environments (not residential).
* Compliance: Ability to obtain a National Police Check and WWVP registration. Specialist security cabling licences are highly regarded for security-focused applicants.
The Package
* Industry-Leading Pay: Highly competitive rates commensurate with your leadership value.

* Security & Support: Income Protection, TasBuild (Portable LSL & Severance), and EAP access.
