Delivering Sales Targets and Building Relationships as a Territory Manager
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Territory Manager to join our Field Sales Team, servicing customers in the North-West region of Tasmania. Based in Devonport, this role will involve delivering sales targets and building lasting relationships with a variety of customers and channels.
About the Role
* Manage and grow sales through distribution and product visibility of top brands
* Sell iconic brands, including spreads, milk, and beverages, to achieve business objectives
In this key role, you will be responsible for:
1. Nourishing and building relationships with customers to drive mutual success
2. Achieving profit growth targets by maximizing availability of products
3. Developing and ensuring compliance of promotional programs across customers
4. Driving fridge utilization and location management in stores
5. Identifying and securing new business opportunities
About You
* Proven customer service skills with previous sales experience highly regarded
* Independent grocery channel knowledge is an advantage but not essential
* You should be willing to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment
* Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders
* Open to trying new strategies and challenging current ways of thinking
* You should display high levels of teamwork and resilience to overcome sales challenges
