As a receptionist, you will be the friendly face and primary point of contact for valued clients.
With a focus on strong customer service and general administration services your responsibilities will include:Overseeing reception, including but not limited to managing all incoming phone calls, visitors to the site and coordinating customer enquiriesManaging the creation of PO's as well as reconciliation of monthly invoices onsiteCreating and maintaining customer and sales documents and reportsCollaborating closely with our team to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.General office administrationAbout you Minimum 2 years in a similar role Ability to establish and manage relationships with directors, senior managers and stake holders.
