Service Electrician – Metering (Long-Term Contract)

NC Electrical & Air Conditioning Pty Ltd is a multi award-winning, locally owned NT business, recognised for our training, team culture, and positive working environment.
We've recently been awarded multiple 3–5 year maintenance and metering contracts and are now seeking licensed electricians for immediate start in a stable, long-term role.
This position is focused on meter replacement works only.
No trenching.
No civil works.
No large construction sites.
No long, exhausting days in the sun.
Just clean, organised, repeatable work with strong systems and support.
About the role
You'll be completing scheduled electricity meter replacements across a defined service area.
The work is high-volume but very manageable, with clear daily run sheets, realistic workloads, and no reactive chaos. This role is ideal for an electrician wanting consistency, structure, and a better work-life balance.
If you're sick of trenches, large construction sites, and constantly changing job scopes, this role will be a welcome change.

What we're looking for
Current A Grade electrical licence
Unrestricted electrical licence required
White Card
Current Australian driver's licence
Ability to work independently and follow set processes
Good attitude and reliability
Metering experience advantageous but not essential
Recent graduates are welcome to apply for this electrician position
