Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administration Officer to perform a range of administrative and support services essential for the smooth operation of the school. This position requires exceptional organisational skills, a strong understanding of administrative processes, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* Manage reception duties, including handling telephone and counter enquiries, arranging appointments, and managing correspondence.
* Maintain accurate school records, including incident reports, student admissions, enrolments, and departures.
* Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and email communications.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the OneSchool system.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
1. Facilities management: Liaising with external contractors, scheduling and managing maintenance activities;
2. Implementing and monitoring process and policy for the issue of school keys to staff, hirers and community users;
3. Maintenance of buildings and grounds;
4. Management of Work Area Access Permits (WAAP) for all contractors on school grounds.
