* Respond promptly to service requests and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Performance Metrics:
* Accurately record all activities using designated management tools.
* Maintain accurate data entry and 100% accuracy of service records and tasks.
Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) Compliance:
* Ensure understanding and compliance with company policies and regulations.
* Maintain the health and safety of all employees and visitors.
Requirements:
* A valid driver's licence.
* The ability to acquire relevant state/territory gaming licences (support provided).
* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
