Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will work in an international multidisciplinary feature team focused on designing and developing the Air Traffic Management system.
This position is based on site in Melbourne, Australia, but full visa and relocation support will be provided to the suitable candidate if based outside of Australia.
You'll be responsible for:
* Co-designing the function via mock-up, including requirements, capability description, functional behaviour and data exchanges
* Ensuring transversal constraints related to the function are considered (Human Factor, Safety, Performance, Security)
* Building and managing key relationships with OPS team and feature team
* Presenting the mock-up to feature team and OPS team
* Supporting the team during development
Requirements:
You must have:
A degree in UX Engineering, ergonomist or related discipline
Proven experience in UX Engineering (5+ years)
Some Air Traffic Management experiences of the following functional areas:
* Coordination
* Surveillance
* Adaptation/Configuration
* Interpartition/SWIM
* Profile
* HMI
* Tower
* Simulation and Training
* Safety Nets/Conflict Detection
* AMAN/DMAN
You should also have experience with Human Factors standards and practices
