About the role
We are seeking a reliable – highly organised – Accounts & Administration Assistant to join our team on a casual, part‑time basis, working approximately 15 hours per week (around 3 days per week, school‑hours friendly). The role combines accounts support and general administrative duties, and offers the potential for additional hours as the business continues to grow.
Key responsibilities
* Accounts payable and receivable support
* Invoicing and payment follow‑ups
* Bank and account reconciliations
* Data entry and maintenance of accurate financial records
* General administrative support across the business
* Managing emails, documentation and correspondence
* Assisting the wider team with ad‑hoc administrative tasks
Required skills & experience
* Previous experience in an Accounts Assistant and / or Administration role
* MYOB experience is essential
* High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* Confident communicator with a professional approach
* Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
Benefits & package
* Casual, part‑time role – approximately 15 hours per week, 3 days per week, school‑hours friendly
* Potential for additional hours over time
* $30 – $40 per hour + Super, depending on experience
