About the position
* Permanent Part-time position (15 hours / week working across 3 days) – some flexibility with roster
* All facets of managing and growing our South Hedland shop
* Leading our volunteer team to deliver a memorable shopping experience for our customers
* Meeting and exceeding sales targets
* Recruit, train and support a dedicated team of volunteers
What you need
* Minimum 2 years Retail Management experience with a strong focus on inventory and store presentation
* A real passion for delivering incredible customer service
* Demonstrated understanding of stock control management
* Proven retail/fashion sales experience with a drive to succeed and achieve results
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Ability to manage competing priorities, tasks and overall expectations; a strong can-do and hands-on approach to work
* An ability to foster a positive team spirit and lead by example; inspiring action and passion for our greater Vinnies Mission
