About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Student Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on students' attendance, behavior, social/emotional wellbeing, educational engagement, and students at risk.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, staff, parents, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Monitor and report on students' progress and provide timely interventions as needed.
* Collaborate with teachers and curriculum leaders to develop and implement student wellbeing plans.
* Provide support and guidance to students, staff, and parents to promote a safe and inclusive learning environment.
