Key Responsibilities
1. Be the primary point of contact for guests, responding to inquiries, answering questions, and helping with reservation changes and cancellations.
2. Assign rooms based on guest preferences, availability, and business needs to guarantee a pleasant stay.
3. Safely handle payment transactions, verifying billing details for accuracy.
4. Recommend room upgrades, offer special amenities, and fulfill specific guest requests to elevate their stay.
5. Maintain accurate records of reservations to monitor room availability and ensure smooth check-ins and check-outs.
6. Assist in resolving guest complaints or issues related to reservations, billing, or room assignments.
