Office Coordinator Job Description

Key Responsibilities
* Management of day-to-day running of Office Admin
* Manage IT Assets, office maintenance, and oversee white collar onboarding
* Provide ad-hoc support to Operations Support Manager and office administration support as required
* Manage and coordinate Business Updates, Social Calendar, Employee Referral Program, and the Employee of the Month award
* Provide reception/admin relief as required
* Maintain stock levels of PPE
What You'll Bring
* Previous administration experience in a similar supporting position
* Strong computer skills, particularly with the Microsoft Office Suite
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to comfortably engage a broad range of customers and stakeholders
* A self-starter with strong organisational skills and the ability to multi-task
