About The Role
You will be responsible for managing multiple projects across their full cycle, acting as the key point of contact for contractors, suppliers, clients and stakeholders.
What you'll be doing
* Liaising with local and overseas suppliers
* Liaising with clients, contractors and the management team
* Monitoring project progress, identifying and resolving issues, and implementing corrective actions as needed
* Providing regular progress reports and updates to project stakeholders
What we're looking for
* Experience in the construction industry
* Excellent communication skills
* Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions
* Thorough understanding of construction processes, regulations, and safety standards
* Proficient in using project management software and tools
