Member Support Officer - Community Pharmacy
Spring Hill | $65,000 - $75,000 per annum
We are recruiting on behalf of a prominent industry organisation for a Member Support Officer. This is a fantastic opportunity to be an integral part of a busy division, supporting the critical work of community pharmacies.
What you'll be doing:
* Member Support: Assisting financial members through visits, phone calls, and emails, providing access to advice, services, and tools.
* Business Development: Identifying, assessing, and progressing strategic and commercial opportunities to secure new revenue streams for members.
* Program Development: Planning and developing activities that support members in delivering professional services and programs.
* Professional Development: Assisting in creating professional development for pharmacy staff, including webinars, workshops, and articles for trade publications.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Representing the organisation at industry meetings and events when required and liaising with people at all levels in an informative and positive manner.
* Administration: Entering and maintaining accurate records of member and stakeholder interactions in the CRM database in a timely manner.
What we're looking for:
We're seeking a proactive and self-motivated individual with strong business and customer support skills. While not all are essential, we are looking for someone with the following qualifications and attributes:
* Management and business experience within the community pharmacy industry.
* A Certificate IV in Community Pharmacy, AHPRA registration as a pharmacist, or an equivalent qualification.
* Demonstrated excellence in customer support with a strong customer service background.
* Exceptional time management, organisational, and administration skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.
* A current driver's licence and the availability to travel when required.
* Intermediate level computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
