You’ll be responsible for driving sales growth across a defined territory, managing key accounts while identifying and converting new business opportunities within the industrial and construction markets. Achieve sales targets across revenue, volume, and margin. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to quote, close, and delivery. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key customers. Identify and develop new business opportunities within your region. Monitor customer performance, identify trends, and act on opportunities or gaps. Prepare and manage quotes in collaboration with internal teams. Provide technical product support and guidance to customers and stakeholders. Deliver product training to distributors and end users. Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project and order delivery. Provide regular market feedback on pricing, competitors, and opportunities. Support marketing and promotional activities to drive product awareness. What will you need? Proven experience in a sales or business development role within industrial, construction, or related markets Strong understanding of the industrial or construction sector (PVC or similar products highly regarded) Driver’s licence and willingness to travel within the region Full Australian work rights without requiring sponsorship.
