About You

You Bring
* Proven experience leading an early learning service
* A Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education
* Strong understanding of NQS, NQF and quality practice
* Kind, courageous leadership that builds trust and capability
* Highly experienced people skills, with the ability to lead, influence and develop others
* A commitment to child and cultural safety
* Excellent communication, organisation and relationship skills
