This challenging yet rewarding position involves providing outpatient assessment and health promotion services under the guidance of a Registered Nurse. You will be responsible for evaluating patients' needs and setting priorities accordingly, as well as initiating treatment for minor injuries and illnesses.
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
* Personal Integrity: Uphold the highest standards of ethics and conduct.
* Certifications: Hold current unconditional and unrestricted registration as an Enrolled Nurse (Division 2), General with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
* Professional Experience: Demonstrate 2 years full-time post-registration nursing experience within the last 5 years (or part-time equivalent) in acute care, primary healthcare, or military settings.
* Continuous Learning: Participate in Continuing Professional Development (CPD) activities in accordance with AHPRA.
* Certified in CPR: Possess current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (HLTAID009) certification.
* Team Player: Exhibit the ability to work independently as well as part of a team to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality care.
