Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Melbourne/Dadenong, VIC, for an Educational Consultant. The Educational Consultant will work closely with clients to provide expert advice and support regarding educational pathways and migration requirements. Responsibilities include conducting consultations with prospective students, identifying suitable education programs, assisting with application preparation, and guiding clients on compliance with migration policies. Collaborating with internal teams and addressing client inquiries are integral day-to-day tasks.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Educational Consulting and relevant knowledge of Education trends
* Expertise in Consulting and advisory services to support clients' goals
* Strong verbal and written Communication skills to ensure effective client interactions
* Exceptional Customer Service skills with a client-centric approach
* Understanding of Australian migration laws and policies is advantageous
* Bachelor's degree in Education, counseling, or a related field preferred
