Construction Litigation Lawyer (2 yrs - Associate) Key member of the Construction Disputes/Litigation team, representing blue‑chip clients in the energy, resources and infrastructure sectors. You will handle complex disputes in the Supreme and Federal Courts, arbitrations, adjudication proceedings, mediations, and international tribunals.
Key Responsibilities
Major projects disputes (design and construction of mines, oil & gas drilling, pipelines, civil works, commercial developments);
Engineering/architectural/project management disputes;
Construction, joint‑venture, supply, and commercial contractual disputes;
