My client is an Australian-owned clothing manufacturing company who are looking for their next Customer Service Officer. They believe in delivering the best quality and cost-effective products to their clients who span across multiple industries such as government and industries.
Your new role
As the customer service officer, you will be responsible for providing high-level customer service via phone, email and in person. These duties include but are not limited too;
* Provide fitting services to customers in a busy customer service area
* Process customer orders/requisitions
* Provide relief to reception staff when front counter is unattended
* Process general data entry tasks
What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience in a similar customer service role will lead you to your success, as will;
* Customer service focused with excellent communication skills
* Your strong time management and organisational skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Your attention to detail that is second to none
