Role Description: Partner Success Manager & Personal Assistant

This is a full-time hybrid role for an organised, proactive, and relationship-driven Partner Success Manager & Personal Assistant.

The role combines partner management with executive and operational support to the Managing Director, ensuring smooth daily operations, exceptional partner experiences, and scalable growth across Brokerly's referral network.

You'll be the primary point of contact for our referral partners ensuring they're onboarded smoothly, supported consistently, and engaged with Brokerly's systems, processes, and marketing initiatives. At the same time, you'll provide personal and administrative assistance to the Managing Director, helping prioritise key initiatives, manage communications, and coordinate internal workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Partner Success & Growth


• Build and manage strong relationships with referral partners (brokers, agents, accountants, etc).


• Onboard new partners through our digital systems (e.g. Mystro platform) and ensure they're fully supported.


• Track partner performance metrics, identify opportunities for growth, and provide feedback or coaching.


• Coordinate updates, training sessions, and communications to strengthen engagement and retention.


• Prepare performance reports and recommendations for management review.

Personal & Executive Assistance


• Manage the Managing Director's diary, emails, and communications efficiently.


• Assist with task prioritisation, scheduling, and preparation for meetings or presentations.


• Coordinate travel, appointments, and follow-ups with internal and external stakeholders.


• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive business and client information with discretion.


• Assist in drafting documents, proposals, and partner communications as required.

Operational & Administrative Support


• Oversee CRM data accuracy, lead management, and partner documentation.


• Support marketing and event coordination (e.g. partner onboarding webinars, referral updates).


• Help systemise and improve workflows across partner engagement and administration.


• Provide general office administration, record-keeping, and team coordination support.

**Skills

Please note all skills are a preference however for the right candidate these are not required and ahould be used as a guide only.**


• 3+ years of experience in partnerships, account management, or executive support (mortgage or finance industry preferred).


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — professional, polished, and people-focused.


• Strong organisational and time management abilities with the capacity to juggle multiple priorities.


• High attention to detail with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.


• Tech-savvy — confident using CRMs, project management tools, and digital platforms.


• Discretion and reliability when handling confidential or sensitive information.


• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
