Are you passionate about leading and mentoring a team dedicated to providing exceptional customer service? An exciting opportunity has become available for a supervisor to join the customer service team in Emerald. In this role you will supervise the day‐to‐day operations, delegate and monitor workloads, be an escalation point for complex customer enquiries and ensure the consistent delivery of exceptional customer service from the well‐established team.
To be considered for this position you will need:
* Demonstrated experience leading and developing a high‐performing team with a customer service focus
* Well‐developed time management, task prioritisation and organisation skills with the ability to meet stringent and competing timelines
* Demonstrated ability to manage up, identify potential issues, problem solve and remain outcome focused
* Well‐developed computer skills and demonstrated experience with corporate software and Microsoft applications
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
* Hold a Minimum of a Queensland C Class Provisional Drivers Licence
