* Deliver exceptional customer service to retail and trade customers by providing expert guidance and support.
* Promote and expand Trade Loyalty Program and Trade accounts through proactive engagement and relationship building.
* Develop comprehensive product knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
* Achieve personal sales targets while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
* Support colleagues to ensure business objectives are met and exceeded.
* Contribute to the overall visual appeal of the store through effective merchandising and housekeeping practices.
