Job Summary / OverviewThe Senior Systems Officer provides technical and administrative support for Oracle E-Business Suite systems.
This position ensures consistent operation through testing, documentation, and coordination of updates, patches, and disaster recovery processes.Key ResponsibilitiesFacilitate daily IFS Scrum sessions and coordinate team administration tasks.Manage ServiceNow KBAs and maintain knowledge base documentation.Oversee Oracle E-Business Suite scheduled activities and reports.Perform post-clone and post-patch processes, system testing, and validation.Triage and administer ServiceNow and Jira tickets, ensuring timely resolution.Support user acceptance testing and liaise with developers on defect management.Conduct and document disaster recovery testing.Provide system coverage and troubleshooting support as required.Required QualificationsExperience in Oracle E-Business Suite administration and support.Strong knowledge of IT service management tools such as ServiceNow and Jira.Proven ability to manage documentation, testing, and systems processes.Skills & CompetenciesTechnical proficiency in Oracle environments.Strong organisational and documentation skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.Apply NowMatch the selection criteria?
