Position Objective

Provides a high‐level consultancy service to the Agency and assists with broad and/or complex Employee Relations (ER) and Industrial Relations (IR) people management issues. Provides ER/IR specialist support, coaching and advice to senior management on issues including performance management, substandard performance, interpersonal and workplace conflict, addressing inappropriate workplace behaviour, compliance with employee and industrial relations policy and standards and related legislative advice.

Undertakes complex people management projects, conducts comprehensive analysis and evaluation of ER trends and the efficiency and effectiveness of these activities.

Contributes to the broad oversight role held by the Employee Relations Division (ERD) in ensuring consistency in ER and IR advisory and support service delivery.

Neighbourhood Watch is a long‐standing community‐based programme aimed at encouraging neighbours to work together to reduce crime and make their communities safer. Neighbourhood Watch partners with local governments and the wider community to create networks and educate the public on home‐safety.
