Mtec are currently seeking a self motivated, reliable Receptionist/ Office Administration Assistant to join our busy office supporting our dynamic business administration team.

8am to 4pm Monday to Friday Fulltime permanent role

About The Role

Reporting to the Administration Manager, you will be working within our business supporting our Workshop management and administration teams.

Great entry level opportunity based at our Rutherford Workshop facility.

Front of house role. Greeting our clients, contractors, suppliers and visitors to the facility; manage incoming phone calls, emails & queries; and maintaining the Mtec reception office.

The role includes general office administration duties such as filing, preparing reports for management, data entry, register management and other administration tasks as per business priorities.

Key responsibilities include supporting the Workshop and Administration teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and helping out wherever needed.

The role has career progression opportunities within a growing business.

About You

Previous Reception and Office Administration experience desirable, within an automotive/ machinery maintenance business advantageous.

Essential skills include strong written communication (clear, professional emails and messages), friendly professional phone manner, high attention to detail and accuracy, strong organisational skills, ability to manage deadlines.

Ability to work within a team in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.

A great sense of humour is essential, our team makes work more enjoyable.

Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Pronto ERP software experience advantageous.

Professional presentation, reliable attendance and punctuality essential.

Able & willing to adhere to safe work practices, policies and procedures.

Current Australian Drivers Licence & reliable transport.
