You will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of construction and installation works across the QLD region. From planning and contracts to stakeholder communication and final delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction and supporting sustainable business growth.Key Responsibilities:Lead high-performing cross-functional teams across multiple sitesEnsure construction projects meet time, budget, and quality benchmarksDrive performance across key KPIs: financial, safety, customer service, complianceManage contracts, subcontractors, procurement, and estimatesDevelop strong internal and external stakeholder relationshipsEnsure compliance with regulatory and legislative requirements, including NCC and HSEActively support workforce training, performance management, and team developmentSkills, Qualifications & Experience:Trade and tertiary qualifications in Construction or related discipline10+ years in senior leadership within construction or resourcesProven track record in contract negotiation, commercial management, and site operationsStrong understanding of the Building Code of Australia and construction legislationDemonstrated ability to lead through influence, accountability, and effective communicationExcellent project management, time management, and organisational skillsCommercial Builder’s Licence (preferred)Experience in modular construction (advantageous)Why Us?At Ausco Modular, we recognise there is so much more to our people than work, which is why we have programs in place, including flexible working arrangements, to support you in realising your full potential.
