The Role
We are seeking a hands-on, front of house focused leader who motivates and inspires their team through their own personal customer focused approach. A unique opportunity to own your own business and suitable for a family, this position will suit people who are quick to build relationships with local patrons, have strong business acumen and be willing to try new things to drive return on investment and create a dynamic culture within their Store.

Training and Support
12 weeks in established Victorian Site before moving into new SA Store with ongoing practical and business training. Ongoing support from dedicated Regional Business Managers and Support Office along with relevant training from industry experts as required.

We are experiencing an exciting period of growth with expansion plans in various regional Victorian, South Australian and NSW locations. With practical and highly responsive support systems in place, our future focus is on continuing to build successful businesses that attract the local community with a high focus on continuing to build on our top-up Convenience and Café 24-7 Foodservice model.
Marketing Support
Ongoing marketing support from APCO Support Office Marketing and Category Team.

Length of Agreement
5 years with the option to renew an additional 5 years.
