**Introduction**:
To complete our team in Sydney, we are looking for a Research Manager to join our ANZ team
The Research Manager will be responsible for coordinating and executing market research studies. This includes project scheduling and execution; questionnaire preparation and assistance with project design; reporting and analysis; client management; and serving as a liaison with internal and external operations teams.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manages all research projects tasks—questionnaire design, fieldwork coordination, data processing guidance and interpretation of the data through reporting and analysis
- Assists in the research design and proposal process and counsel with clients, to ensure successful and efficient project completion
- Helps drive actionable results and insights from the data collected. Consult clients with tactical findings to address their business needs and wants.
- Be the incumbent responsible for daily connection with clients from different industries
- Ensures that all internal team members understand the projects' expected outcomes, and monitors the progress of each project at each stage to secure the highest quality deliverables
- Demonstrates project management skills
- Stay updated with the latest research tools and techniques
**Required skill set**:
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent related experience
- 3+ years market research experience executing quantitative research studies
- Experience across a variety of methodologies, online research is a plus
- Client management experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, client service oriented
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Highly motivated, able to work within tight deadlines and under pressure
- Experience with SPSS. Ability to use Q would be an advantage, but not a must.
- Experience managing through problems—identifying causes and developing solutions
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
