Troocoo are partnering with a well known State Government department in the recruitment of a motivated AO3 Recruitment Support Officer to join a busy People & Culture team. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your recruitment administration skills, work closely with a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor, and contribute to process improvement initiatives in a supportive environment.
As Recruitment Support Officer, you will play a key role in supporting current and upcoming recruitment processes. You'll coordinate a variety of activities, from preparing documentation and scheduling interviews to liaising with candidates and suppliers. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working across multiple priorities, has a keen eye for detail, and thrives in a collaborative team.
Responsibilities
* Prepare recruitment documents such as role descriptions and job advertisements.
* Schedule and coordinate interviews (virtual and in-person).
* Prepare interview packs and support interview setup.
* Provide professional communication and guidance to stakeholders and candidates.
* Act as a key liaison between agency suppliers and hiring managers.
* Conduct reference checks (as required).
* Maintain accurate recruitment records.
* Assist with project work and broader People & Culture activities.
What We're Looking For
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
* Previous recruitment experience within either a government department or law firm is required
* Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.
* Proactive, adaptable approach in a changing environment.
* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
* Customer service mindset, ensuring a positive experience for candidates and stakeholders.
* Capacity to manage multiple recruitment processes at once.
