Responsibilities:
We are seeking an organised and efficient individual who can manage the busy reception desk, handle inquiries, and maintain accurate records. You will be responsible for managing electronic and paper-based medical records, attention to detail and strong communication skills are essential.
You will support ward staff with administrative tasks, liaise with other departments, and conduct health fund checks and other financial tasks related to admissions.
* This includes completing data entry, scanning documents, preparing resources, and welcome packs.
