Responsibilities

We are looking for a motivated Assistant Insurance Broker to support our branch with day‑to‑day office duties. Your responsibilities include client file reviews, account management, banking, call redirection, and ordering office supplies. You will receive comprehensive training to develop your skills in the insurance industry.

About You

- Previous experience in administration, sales or customer service
- Experience within insurance (underwriting, claims or broking) viewed favourably
- Strong organisational and time‑management skills with the ability to prioritise and multi‑task
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent administration skills with a high attention to detail
- Strong commitment to client service excellence
